We provide short- to medium-term residential placements designed to support ILTs, including:

• Houses and apartments suitable for independent living assessments

• Properties capable of supporting live-in or visiting care packages

• Flexible occupancy aligned to rehabilitation timelines and case progression

Placements are structured to support transition planning, whether toward permanent housing, supported living or alternative long-term arrangements.

Where required, properties are reviewed and adapted in line with occupational therapy guidance, including consideration for:

• Level access and circulation

• Wet rooms and accessible bathrooms

• Bedroom configuration for clients and carers

• Safe moving and handling requirements

• Future-proofed layouts that reduce the need for extensive re-work

Adaptations are delivered proportionately, evidence-led and appropriate to the client’s clinical presentation.

Praxis Independence works alongside established care providers, occupational therapists and rehabilitation professionals.

We do not deliver care directly.
